Jennifer has a great command of public speaking and building a comfortable environment for large groups. She is extremely personable and her character is one that can be easily accepted by persons of different background and ethnicities allowing her to work in small-large diverse groups. Undoubtedly, she keeps very up to date with the modern trends and fashions which drive the entertainment industry and engages every project very positively.

My first impression of Jennifer was "I like this woman and I'm really going to like working with her!".
She is constantly high-energy and commands every situation just by being herself.
She is confident, educated, experienced and she knows everyone (and I mean everyone), including a laundry list of celebrities. And the reason they know here is because of her work, her contribution to marketing and branding, and the effect of her ideas on their campaigns.

I always envied her role. Not because I was jealous, but rather because I aspired to work my way up to her position. She made it look so easy even though I could see her juggling multiple projects, multiple time tables, and a multiple interns -- all the while finding time to lecture university students on her myriad of experiences.
If I could have shadowed Jennifer for a week, it would have been invaluable....and not to mention entertaining!

I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Jennifer Otter Bickerdike many times over the last decade through Sound City and Off the Record. Jen is always to person I go to when booking interviewers as I know we were in the bestest hands.
She is intelligent, professional, fearless, and deeply engaging, always arriving fully prepared yet bringing a spontaneity that keeps every conversation alive. Jen has that rare ability to ask the questions others shy away from with insight, warmth, and respect, creating interviews that are as revealing as they are enjoyable.
Alongside her work as an interviewer, Jen is an incredible established author and an amazing writer, capturing the spirit of music and culture with clarity and brilliance. She doesn't just document the story she gets to the heart of it
