A native of Santa Cruz, California, ex-pat Jen has created marketing and promotion strategies for some of the most iconic bands and brands in the world. After leaving the glamour of the music business and the grind of Silicon Valley, Jen pursued a PhD at Goldsmiths College University of London in Cultural Studies, specializing in her life-long interest of fan conversion and branding. She is now an active writer, presenter and university lecturer.
